Setting up the Sony PS3 eye

Our first step was removing the IR filter on the Sony PS3 eye, we had no major problems, it just took a little time and patience as not to damage the lens.

The main problem with this camera is that there are no drivers for Windows. But fortunately programmers developed a driver that is now compatible. We found this site very useful when configuring the camera.

Over all we had no problems setting up the Sony camera for multi-touch recognition, we used exposed film as a bandwidth filter and placed it between the lens and sensor of the camera.
